Exceeding Expectations: Process Documentation

Brooke Industries, Inc. recently had the opportunity to acquire a project that involved tasks unfamiliar to our organization. To assure the customer that we would be capable of completing the work, we developed multiple process documents. These included: pictures and narratives for each step, a complete process summary, training records, equipment calibration records, and in-process quality records. In the end, we procured the job and are now successfully producing the product. We take great pride in our 'above and beyond' approach to business, as illustrated by our willingness and capability in developing customized systems for our partners.
